Using explorer tree
When you first run PhotoWatermark Professional, it will try to show all pictures in your "My Pictures" folder if it is available on your system. If not, it will stop at the Desktop.
If there are images in the selected folder, you should see the thumbnails at the bottom of the main window and the first image in the list will be loaded for preview purpose. If you do not see any images in the list, you will need to choose another folder or click File/Recursive to try to list photos in the subfolders.
Using File/Open command
You do not need to run the File/Open command unless you do not want to list all the pictures in a folder. The File/Open command supports multiple selections and you can use a combination of Shift or Ctrl key with mouth clicks which is the standard way of doing this in Windows platform. All images in the list will be processed when you run any batch commands (batch watermark images, batch process images, batch rename images, batch print images).
